Mr. Kartikey Tyagi brings a modern analytical approach to the company's operations, backed by his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League institution. He joined Technocraft Ventures Limited as Manager, Operations in January 2021 and was elevated to the position of Director in May 2023. His strong academic background in mathematical economics and computer science enables him to bring data-driven decision-making to project evaluation and execution. His analytical skills and technical knowledge have enhanced the company's approach to business development and project management, introducing modern methodologies and analytical frameworks to optimize operations and strategic planning processes.

Mrs. Rekha Tyagi, who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Meerut University, has been serving as Director since October 1998, when she co-founded the company. As the Director responsible for human resources and marketing, she plays a crucial role in managing the company's most valuable asset—its workforce. Her expertise in human resource management ensures that the company attracts and retains top talent while maintaining a positive work environment. Additionally, she spearheads the company's marketing, public relations, and promotional activities, driving visibility and enhancing the company's market position. Her leadership in these areas has been fundamental to building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and establishing the company's reputation in the infrastructure sector.

Mukesh Kumar Garg is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engineering) degree, a Master of Technology (Structural Engineering) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Post Graduate Diplomas in Management and also in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He retired as Chief Administrative Officer (construction), North Central Railway, Prayagraj, in June 2019, having served in the Indian Railway Services of Engineers (IRSE) for 35 years. He has extensive experience in project planning, tender evaluation, contract and construction management, Arbitration matters, budgeting and financial control, Human Resource Management.

Post retirement from Indian Railways, he has worked as consultant for DFCC railway track Design and construction work with International Consultants and Technocrats from March 2022 to April 2023. After that he has worked as Team Leader of General Consultancy Project for Railway Construction Projects of Western Railway from Aug 2023 to Nov 2024.

Bhawna Saunkhiya is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Master of Commerce degree, from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India and has also passed the Intermediate examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been associated with our Company since 2024. She previously served as Company Secretary at Race Eco Chain Limited, Suneet Varma Design Private Limited, and Samwon Precision Mould MFG (India) Private Limited.

Shruti Gupta is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

She has been associated with our Company since 2024 and brings with her a strong background in corporate governance and compliance. Currently, she serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Western Overseas Study Abroad Limited. Over the course of her career, she has held directorial positions in both listed and unlisted companies.

Her previous experience includes working with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on a contractual basis, as well as serving as Company Secretary at Marshall Machines Limited and Super Fine Knitters Limited.
