Technocraft Ventures Limited is a multidisciplinary public infrastructure development company engaged in the execution of turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contracts. We operate across various infrastructure segments, including Wastewater Treatment (“WWT”), Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”) of public utilities, Water Supply Scheme Projects (“WSSPs”), electrical transmission and distribution networks, construction of substations, road and highway works, micro tunneling, renewable energy, housing, residential buildings, and sector-level urban development. We operate on a project-based model and execute contracts awarded through competitive bidding and tender processes. The Company carries out its operations through project sites located in different states, based on the nature and location of awarded work orders.
Incorporated in 1998, our Company has demonstrated consistent growth through strategic expansions. We began our journey in Uttar Pradesh with the construction of housing and residential buildings, development of planned residential areas such as sectors and colonies, and execution of road construction and widening and strengthening projects under Public Works Departments (“PWD”) and was able to achieve exceptional growth in the field of public infrastructure development through strategic expansions into the fields of electricity distribution, water supply schemes, development of wastewater treatment networks and construction of wastewater treatment plants. As on date, we have successfully laid and commissioned over 1,000 kilometers of sewerage pipelines in cities including Ghaziabad, Agra, Udaipur, Jaunpur, Etah, Pilakhuwa and Shahjahanpur. Our portfolio includes Sewage Treatment Plants (“STPs”) with capacities of up to 56 Million Liters per Day (“MLD”) in Ghaziabad and 40 MLD in Shahjahanpur. These facilities cater to municipal and industrial applications and adhere to the latest effluent discharge standards, enabling treated water reuse for non-potable applications such as horticulture and industrial processes.
We primarily operate in northern India, with projects concentrated in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and NCT of Delhi. Our clientele consists mainly of state governments and their respective agencies.
